Presentation to the DEI Funding Committee for a large general fund.

• These funds are very difficult to be abused as no money is given to any single person. They are redeemable only by the provision of receipts of purchases. Besides, no one can request reimbursements for themselves, even the president and the treasurer. It is always needed for a second person to request reimbursement for the people who have made purchases. These are the supervision mechanisms designed to prevent any potential abuses of financial resources allocated to organizations.
